• Device ID can be checked by connecting the capture board to the PC, launching the viewer and selecting "File -> Check Device ID".
• Device ID is a hexadecimal number beginning with 15.
• If the Device ID is 0 or "Device not connected" is displayed, check the installation of the device driver.
• If you make a mistake more than three times, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
